Well, it's a fact that Catherine isn't exactly human. She is able to play of men's dreams and be there dream woman, this changes of course with each man, so underneath is a permissions question asking if Catherine is allowed to play with this and become a muses ideal woman. Headcanon
1) While there is a underworld, there are also Gods of both higher up and down below and as such there are Succubus's in the Underworld, there are also Angels in the above world or Heaven. Head canon here is the fact that Catherine isn't all that fond of Angels in any shape or form.
2) Catherine doesn't know who her mother is, all she knows is her mother is similar to her in her carefree ways.
3) Catherine much like other Succubus's has a high to zero alcohol tolerance, so you can't exactly get her drunk, but if that's what a guy likes she can certainly act it.
4) With 1) Catherine also doesn't like anything religious since they would look down on her for what she does.
